I love A good E-Rock clip, thank you so much for putting this together! If anyone is thinking of ideas for another one idk if anyone has the clips of when E-rock is “The Consumer” and they had him trying new products someone used to have some clips up of those moments but I haven’t been able to find them in years. But any E-Rock food bit is Golden. Thank you for putting the time into bringing us this joy.

I don't 'get' diets. If I want to drop a few pounds I just know what to do. What not to eat and how to move more. Some people seem to need a very detailed map for an extremely simple journey. I can't relate. I'm great.

I think it’s a laziness thing. Ive never had problems with my weight because I cook actual food for like 90% of my meals and am well aware of what Im eating. People who constantly order shit food and eat TV dinners probably don’t realize it’s freeze dried nutrientless shit and need to be walked through how to cook.
