In fairness, a several hour "takeover" by a few hundred people at the Capitol doesn't really compare to the last 4 years of rioting, burning down city blocks, looting, pillaging, etc., etc., etc., which we're things actually happening during Obama's terms as well. Those things will likely happen during Biden's time, too, once a career criminal decides to do dumb shit and gets shot. Lest we forget, leftists got into the Capitol complex during Trump's term to confront Nancy Pelosi and present their extreme demands. The precedents have been set and it will only get worse.

Although I suppose the argument could be made that that wasn't in the United States, as they had declared they had succeeded, and the Govenrment did nothing to stop them. Second, why are you comparing Democrats to Trump supporters? The more accurate comparison would be Trump fanatics to BLM protesters. And both groups threaten violence. BLM have threatened to burn down houses with people inside, have pulled people out of vehicles and beaten them (mostly the dumbasses who were stupid enough to stop their car). The actual violence committed by each side is pretty minimal, compared to their rhetoric. In both cases the majority of protesters were not knowingly breaking the law (and debatably they wearnt at all) and a minority of people there were there with the intention of committing violence. They are 2 sides of the same coin. Communism and Facism have both killed millions, if not billions. They are unhappy with the country with the way it is, but don't want to do the actual hard work and sacrifice, so find a radical outlook that allows them to keep existing comfortably, because it's the other side that's ruining thr country.
