My wife and our kids went to the Grand ole Opry for the first time that night. Loved it. This song always brings a tear to my eye. Makes me think of my mom that passed couple of years ago. Do miss her. Thank you for an amazing night, from all performers. A night that I’ll never forget.

Respectfully done! I love the way Ricky just simply picks out the melody on that old guitar. No fast speedy licks like you see in so many bluegrass jams.

❤ October 28th 2023 is the day I found this ❤ it is now October 29th and still listening ❤ Awesome just Awesome 🤩 luv this song and what an honour to hear these legends sing it especially at the Grand Ole Opery ❤ I lost my mum 13 urs ago and this song still brings me to tears as our circle will NEVER b broken ALWAYS unbroken ❤ so awesome 🤩 to c the Oak Ridge Boys there (sad about Richard) ❤ The band Home Free collaborated with the Oak Ridge Boys and sung the famous “Elvira” ❤. They did such amazing job of it ❤. Luv from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤😊

This is actually, "can the circle be unbroken". Completely different lyrics than the original, "will the circle be unbroken." The original is much better.

I just learned something. You're exactly right. This is indeed " can the circle be unbroken ". Can the circle be unbroken is reworked version of the original by A.P. Carter in 1935 of the Carter Family. I had a really hard time finding the original ( will the circle be unbroken ) written by Ada R. Habershon in 1907. I finally found it and gave it a listen. Thanks for the info. A person is never too old to learn something new!
