Ok, update. Success on the step daughters 19 Challenger! I could not have done it without this video. Had the kit for 3 months and kept putting it off until I watched this video. Just watched this, dope. Buying the kit for my 350z

them being "long and hard" is a benefit, in a year+ they will still be working and not destroyed from road debris, unlike the soft flexible cheaper sets of underglow lights, which will get ripped up bad. I've used them and they stayed stuck on but the rocks and etc. from the road just ate those soft flexible lights apart. Now the OPT7 kit has been on for about 2 years and they are still in great shape with zero issues, and I installed them on both of my trucks which see dirt roads as much as pavement so they are open to abuse big time but they are still working great. :)

I don't think that extra wire coming from the Bluetooth box is an antenna. I think it's for the courtesy lights. You wire that to something that comes on when you open your door like a dome light wire. It's an extra feature.

Old low rider trick put a piece of 2x6 etc.. then drive the front tires on it. That should give you room for the jack.

As far as the jack goes. Just drive up on a section of 2x4 or anything thick enough to give you the clearance then the jack will fit under the car. 👍

K. Do the lines from each of the 4 LED strips go to the bluetooh box, or the battery, or where???? In the video, you had em all "cluster f'd" back by your battery, but didnt show where, or how they connect/fit in.

That other wire is not an antenna. It's the door assist feature. It is used to tap into the internal light fuses so when you open your door the underglows turn on. I'm trying to figure out how to tap it into mine right now. 04 Saturn vue is not easy to tap into. Other than that it looks good. Alot of Mopar clubs in SoCal out here have underglows. Dont let anyone else tell you how to customize your ride

You have to roll the car up on some 2x4’s for that extra clearance needed for the jack. No jack is gonna be thin enough and then heavy duty enough to lift a car like that. It’s #lowlife problems man 🤷🏾‍♂️

Hey, that “antenna” wire is NOT an antenna, it’s the wire for the “Door Assist” feature. If you wire that to your dome light, the underglow will turn on when you open the doors (also anytime you turn the dome light on). You can customize the color of the Door Assist via the option in the mobile app.
