i respect the fuck outta you guys for using ingredients/products that are very accessible and easy to find, alot of the time of cooking shows use really obscure brands/ingredients. You guys make it much easier to make the recipes at home for the average pleb like myself.

Just a heads up for anyone axtually wanting to cook. Use Kosher salt to season meat. That morton iodized is for salt shakers... that shit is wayyyy to fine to properly season meat.

Pro Tip…always scoop the jalapeño seeds/membrane away from you, looking at you Tony, with a spoon so rogue seeds/jalapeño juice doesn’t get in your eyes/face. Love the series boys!
