Check out my new preset system that I used to edit the photos in this video! It works great for both RAW files from cameras and JPGS from phones. See how it works here: www.azvisuals.com/store
Only the first 100 people to use code "first100" will get 50% off their purchase!
I been using the a6000 more these days and finally went through all the settings to set it up to my liking. In this video, I share the 5 settings I ALWAYS change when I get a new camera.
If you found this helpful, I would appreciate a like, comment, and subscribe!

Thank you. I watched it and I did everyone. I would like a review of more things to do. I once handed my camera to a photo buff and he did something that messed up the setting it normally had. It was what I saw on the display. The display was completely different. I had to take it to a camera shop to get fixed. So anything that would be a form of education on this camera would be appreciated. A whole video on video would be great. Another one would be on manual mode. How the big dial on the top relates to the screen.

Awesome video, just a few tips and some tricks too 1. Focus beep is not "useless" sometimes your camera especially low light settings will lock OUT of focus when you think it's in focus. The beep is assurance it's ready to shoot. Hunting is a problem and sometimes your subject ends up in front or behind the focal plain. 2. RAW is best especially for those who plan to go pro and want to retain detail. the flat files are excellent if you are shooting and plan on not editing in today's day in age. Not saying "raw or nothing" I'm saying you have more control, Use RAW+JPG or straight RAW if you are all about detail. 3. Go to the gear menu, option 1, turn off focus assist. THAT is useless. 4. Go to option 2 in the gear menu, turn on focus peeking or"Peeking level". Set it on high. Now when you focus, you'll see dots on your subjects so you can assure how much is in focus especially for us manual shooters. Those long time shooters from back in my day would know how without it(left - right - middle(snap)) but we are in a new age with a newer camera. peek it until you see most dots, that's dead on focus. Use focus lock ;-) ;-) 5. Gear menu, option 3, shut off "AF w/ shutter", Turn off Pre-AF 6. Gear - 4 - Turn ON AEL w/ Shutter. 7. Gear - 6 - "Custom Key Settings ... Turn ON AEL Button ---> AF ON (Now you have a back button focus and your Half press shutter is your AEL. You'll have much much better control over your shooting technique so the half press constant refocus no longer exists especially if your camera jumps exposures using spot. Your half press locks the exposure while your back button is your focus. Use the custom buttons to set eye focus.. NOW you will be shooting some ish left and right persistently especially faster moving subjects.

Hi! it is another topic, but I want to ask you. In "Creative styles" there are choices between "standard" and "vivid" (excluding other ones). So, when i point the camera to a dark spot and set it to "vivid" i lose details in shadows, but if change it to "standard" i can see more details in shadows. Any way to eliminate the shutter sound of a6000....or should I try destroying the speaker
@azvisuals
@azvisuals 4 жыл бұрын
The shutter sound is from the mechanical shutter opening and closing. It is not a digital sound emmited from a speaker. At most you can turn off AF beep and maybe try to shoot with a cloth covering the camera to soften the noise but that's not very practical. More expensive cameras like the Sony A7iii have silent shutter options but also comes with it's own downsides.

@@proteins327 No, you are misinformed. Mirrorless cameras don't have a mirror. They still have a mechanical shutter, one that you can even see with your eyes.

Hey bro what I need help is on my lighting problem I have a Sony a6000 and I have good lighting but sometimes the lighting goes automatically saturated to much bright byhiself so how I fix that to only have my lights be lights only and not me

Hm does it show up in the image? Or just in the screen? Sometimes when it is dark the camera will boost the settings for a sec to aquire focus, then go back to being dark.

So on the screen it does that I look down the it goes to up and i try to lower my iso but when I go to stream I look dark but on the obs it look fine that why I put my iso up but if I do that then it does that going up then going normal and I want to fix that because I see stremmers have control and doesn’t do that to them

@@thefrank1901 make sure your camera is on M mode so you have control over ISO and shutter. Make sure nothing is on auto and your settings should stay locked

@@thefrank1901 yes you can also do a test record where you can recording video without connected to computer/OBS. Maybe the connection is causing issues.

Give me a hand! I have a Sony 6000 but the images always have a green tone in them... It's Boring. I spend a lot of time editing it, the automatic white balance doesn't seem to work perfectly. Before I had a Canon 60d

Yeah the auto white balance is annoying and often wrong. I would shoot in raw to get the most out of editing and then fine tune the white balance in post

May the Lord keep sustaining you in His love Alex! “The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart.” And that message is the very message about faith that we preach: 9 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. 11 As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” 12 Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him. 13 For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:8-13 (NLT)

idon't agree your setting,s特别是af辅助声音和照明,声音可以提醒对焦成功,照明是自动的,你以为户外会亮?? 不亮的,默认设置比你自己乱改好多了,建议你还是学好再来发视频,af照明这点
