oracal is a good option for decals for motorcycles/helmets. they hold up well outside in the elements.

I have the siser pressure sensitive clear transfer roll I'm trying to use on oracal 651 gloss, it doesn't stick for shit, meaning to remove the vinyl onto the transfer tape. Haven't found anything that works better than the transfer tape with the blue grid. I guess something tackkier, gonna need to do some more testing. Tho

oh shit. crazy. ive never had that issue before. i use the R tape transfer tape. it looks like masking tape. so far no issues. the metalic stuff shown in the cid i had issues with the transfer tape and cutting it. until i figured out it had that clear protective layer on it. i had to peel that off first then it worked.

look up "removable vinyl". i know oracal makes some and i think Avery makes some.

ive never tried 751 but then again i only cut decals for free give aways and shit. so really dont need the best shit out. but this is good to know. thanks for sharing

What are you cut settings on your cameo? The 651 doesn’t cut well and I have it at a 3 blade, 10 pressure, 10 speed.

@@markg7116 make sure you are choosing the correct vinyl setting there is a setting for ira al 651. I have mine ate 2 force 7 and speed 5

i use it for windows and yeti's and shit like that. flat hard surfaces. but i also know people use it for stencils when painting on welcome mats and shit. but i dont think it'll stay forever on that type of surface.

you would consider Oracal "premium"? over 3M and Avery? For me, Decal vinyl is decal vinyl. no complaints using $1 a yard decal vinyl vs. $3 a yard Oracal. Never had a customer say anything negative. Also how does non premium vinyl damage your cutter? This would be good info to share with everybody else.

you cant. cameo saves files only native to the cameo software. you need something like photoshop to save design files as png and jpg

the transfer you have have to be made for the material you want to press it on. or you'll ruin your transfer and your jacket.

any size you want. i cut decals at all different sizes. if im doing s small custom order or making some decals for something else. to not waste vinyl i just add a few decals for my brands on that sheet to fill up space. i do whatever size fits the empty space on the vinyl.

i dont slang decals. i usually throw them in for free with t shirt purchases. some people hit me up for decals for their bikes. but thats it. dont really market to slang

some of the older cutters used use those holes to feed the vinyl thru.

yes, open to the public. look them up. theres one in Downtown LA and one in Orange County. not sure if theyre in other states but those are the only 2 that i know of
