Personally having used both, I find the sonic brushes get between the spaces in your teeth far more effectively. The oscillating action of the oral-b misses the smaller gaps.

@nicklleees1571 If I can get my teeth cleaner without flossing I rather would though personally. The sonic brushes definitely offer a more effective clean for me.

On it. Recently finished testing & writing up my findings. Going to be recording the video soon. **SPOILER ALERT** If you want a toothbrush that is more capable than most but you don’t want to spend more than you have to, the Oclean X Ultra S is a very good option. I know I am going to be recommending this brush a lot.

I have a small mouth and have found my oral b to not in between top and bottom all the way, so I use my manual to cover that area. Would the Phillips do better here?

I don't think Sonicare would be much better here. Have you tried closing your mouth bit as you brush. As odd as that might sound, it can sometimes help.

Until philips starts putting sensitive modes on their models, and especially their cheaper models, oral-b will always win. And they need to make their sensitive mode a lot more gentle
