Not gonna lie, it looks kind of dry. Yes he covered it with syrup, but the cake looks very dense like corn bread. It doesn't look soft and fluffy like cake.

This orange cake is supposed to be dense. It is not a sponge cake.

He wrecked a beautiful gluten free cake and made it not gluten free by adding the semolina!
