This is so far the best orange cake recipe. I baked at 350F for 27 minutes and it came out well cooked and soft. The lemon flavor makes the taste heavenly.

Ι doubled the recipe last night and into the mix I added chopped walnuts and cinnamon and to finish it up I melted chocolate and roasted some Almonds and I decorated with it on top, was heavenly everyone in My family loves this recipe, I also make Banana cake with same recipe instead of Oranges I use 3 Bananas walnuts and plenty of Cinnamon which it's also very delicious, Thank you for your amazing recipe, God bless you 😊

Hi..gd evening. I did orange cake using this recipe tday..and it turned out awesome. My husband really like it. I followed the steps A-Z the same as shown in this video. Tried it with one difference (1½ tsp baking powder) and came out perfect! Best thing about it is that it's time-efficient. You can mix all ingredients in the blender, no beater needed, no separation of egg whites/yolks. I left at at 340 F for 40 min. However, next time I'll try a no-fat recipe and see how it goes. Hello there! Just would like to share like everyone else🥰 I baked an orange cake following your recipe using a blender. I skipped the oil and replaced it with melted butter only. I added a 1tbsp sugar into the batter😅. Then, I kept aside some orange juice mixed with 1tsp sugar to glaze the top once the cake cooked! I pour the juice while the cake was still hot. I must say the texture was prefect and extremely soft. The sweetness was just right and zesty flavour was simply amazing! We enjoyed it straight from the oven. Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe. Mine turned out dense, didn't rise..I didn't overmix and I'm using newly bought baking powder. No idea why it didn't rise...felt like too much liquid for me. I measured all 1/4 cups as 60ml. 😔
