TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Fruit Cake | Tea Time Orange Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
1 orange
Collect some zest
Squeeze the juice
2 eggs
Sugar 1/2 cup
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/3 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Orange juice 1/3 cup
Mix well
Dry fruit 1/2 cup
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Flour 1 tbsp
Mix well
8 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Place a stand heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
