HUNG/THICK CURD - 1/2 CUP ( USE 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK OR 2 EGGS SUBSTITUTE)
ORANGE ZEST - 1 TSP
MELTED BUTTER - 1/4 CUP
FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
ORANGE JUICE - 1/2 CUP

Butter usually has salt in it which is quite sufficient but yes salt is essential!

This cake is delicious! I doubled the ingredients for a bigger cake and instead of the thick curd I used 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 2 eggs. It came out really good, I will definitely make it again. Thank you 🙏 for sharing this delicious and easy recipe.

Ma’am, I was really surprised and elated when the cake turned out to be yummy, with the taste of sugar as well as orange embedded in it, all due to first, sifting all the ingredients and not making a mistake in the addition of everything and finally, I think, pre heating the oven, which,as I mentioned, is something that I didn’t really stick to earlier. Well, anyway, I’m really glad that it came out so well and as I said, I’ve sent you my opinion of everything. thank you very much, and I’m looking forward to more of your recipes
