Sugar - same by weight, around 725g

I made it and it tastes way better than the readymade ones. I used orange zest instead of orange rinds. Because the skin was delicate and i couldn't take off the white part from it. So thought of grating the zest . And it came out so fragrant ❤️ . Those who don't like the chunky rind can add zest to it.

Oh it me wish I was right there with my spoon and toast! Yummy! I'm making this for hubby and myself as this is one of my favorite jams and thank you four not using sure jell or other things as they have apple which I'm allergic to! Thank you!

I will try this as you show how to prepare the fruit easily. I have been using pectin but that requires even more sugar. I can't wait to try making it with blood oranges.

You have to wash the skin in warm water two to three times and then make a marmalade with syrup and orange .

Pay attention to removing the white stuff. In addition to making it less bitter, it looks more aesthetically pleasing when the rinds become transparent and almost jewel-like. Hugely, happily, highly recommended.
