The Orange County Sheriff's Office Functional Fitness Workout is a full workout made up of 10 separate exercises.
If you are interested in becoming a deputy at the Orange County Sheriff's Office or have already been accepted into the academy, we recommend you complete this workout several times a week.
Take water breaks if needed. As always, be sure to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise regiment.

try doing jumping jacks at the gym it made me fart 💨 the squads are a recipe for an accident for a high protein diet man

No wonder they can't get anyone. After doing Chicago for over 20 years I'd like to go to Florida, especially in the Orlando area. FFS I've seen and handled more then all those officers bouncing around on the mats in this video combined. And if I know my department internal politics well a select few featured in this video probably never stayed in patrol long enough answer any real calls. If I am willing to get the Florida certification on my own dime, why are we fucking around in this circle jerk for 9 weeks? Just put me in a FTO program and move on with it. This is the kind of stuff that will keep me where I am at for a few more years to beef up the pension versus starting over to try and make another 10 plus.
