oh my god this is gorgeous. the colours, the lighting, the tiny nuances of the expressions??? the sun and moon motif will never not slap, let's be honest. i love how the girl's stubborn front and the guys' mask were their individual barriers against expressing their feelings and then she quite literally exploded through both. my compliments to the chef :]

UGHHH I am obsessed with this animation. The way that she draws courage from the night while he shies away at sunset; yet he's so outgoing in the daytime-really well thought out narratively, aesthetically, and I love your art style and expressions!

I only looked over to the view count at the end!! I honestly expected this to have around a million views and was super shocked to see it wasn't even at 2k 😭 I was experiencing serious deja vu because I thought I had heard this song already, before I looked over to the channel name I actually thought it was an EVE music video. Stellar work! Was super surprised you were the only animator when this MV looks like it took a whole team to produce!!

THE COOLEST I remember seriously enjoying independently-made MV’s about four years ago, I think this single-handedly rejuvenated that feeling. And I love this feeling a lot. :) Good freaking job

This is absolutely stunning and these two have me absolutely punching the air and kicking my feet!! They are so adorable and I am nothing if not a sucker for sun boys and moon girls (plus their designs?? Their expressions?? Chef's kiss. If their concept art ever comes out I need it to be embedded into my brain). This really feels like it's straight out of an early 2000's romcom and I adore it. Wonderful job!! The urge to draw fanart of these two is growing with each rewatch

I keep watching this. I love it so much, from the music and character designs to the solar/astrology aesthetics and the blue and gold colors and the character's movements and expressions. I love the symbolism with the sun festival and how the main characters are essentially "orbiting" one another. They both like each other but are afraid to get too close, that is until the girl decides to essentially break the orbit by taking matters into her own hands. I love how the teacup ride also shows this symbolically! I keep watching over and over and noticing little details like this that really strengthen the story and overall message. Thank you for making this!! I wish the best for your future career in animation!

This is SO CUTE!!!!! Everything about it is adorable, and the fact you can tell exactly what’s happening is amazing! You can tell what’s going through both of their heads throughout the film without any dialogue, and there’s still so much expression! It all just made me feel giddy!

OK I LOVE THIS SO SO MUCH!! The colours, character designs and the overall style and animation (AND OH HOW LIVELY DO THEIR MOTIONS/ACTIONS FEEL HAHAH like when the girl gets embarassed by her colleagues remark on the mascot guy and starts just straight up slapping her, so real lol) Personal favourite part is when the main character is sitting in the cabin and has this moment of sudden realization that the guy probably likes her too, you can quite literally see the moment she realizes!!! (The other favourite is the ending haha! Again, the expressions and designs there are just👌👌)

I genuinely love this so so much. I’ve rewatched it many times (and I know I’ll rewatch it again). The setting of the carnival is gorgeous, the transitions are engaging and dynamic, and all the characters are so endearingly expressive. And the conclusion is so so cute, overall such an amazing animation (with a fitting song to boot)

HEYYY I actually found out about your film because one of our animation profs showed it in class a few weeks ago and I've been OBSESSED with this since 😭😭 they didn't actually show the entire film, just a bit of it as an example of what students from other animation schools are putting out but hooohhh my god this caught my eye immediately, I was getting so flustered over the sun guy so bad 🥹🥹😭😭💖💖💖💕💕 Hope to see more of them or any upcoming projects you have in the future!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺

This is really cool and I love it! The fluid motions and the metaphors that move with the music are really awesome. This is really impressive for a college project! I have seen hundreds of these calarts/ gobelins type short animations and this one is one of the best simply for the music video aspect. Its just all so creative and really well done. My favorite thing is how you captured the subtle inner emotions of the characters, like how the girl gives the sun plushie a not so playful punch and then stares at it embarrassed of her own feelings. Its just an amazing mashup of good music, fluid animations, great characterizations and its just plain beautiful. Plus this being so long, it must have been serious work! You have serious talent and I cannot wait to see what else you come up with!

I like how the main girl is both aggressive and shy, like a go getter not in touch with her softer side. The mascot guy is almost the inverse, shy and goofy with a quiet strength. Fuck I love how well you did the characterizations with only 3 minutes and no dialogue!
