This is an ongoing personal project I’ve been chipping away at since 2021. What started as a film school assignment has turned into a passion project that means so much more to me than I ever thought.
Cannon Beach holds a special place in my heart. Since I was a kid, I’ve traveled to the coast every summer with my friends, coming back year over year with the same group of guys since the beginning. It’s become this annual thing even into adulthood.
Shot on a variety of cameras, this “ cinematic “ for lack of a better word personal look at Cannon Beach Oregon has been shot and recut more times than I’ll
ever admit. At some point you just gotta be done, which is the lie you tell yourself to move on to other things.
