This is a gentle but comprehensive guided meditation practice to awaken your intuition and to deeply strengthen it. Through the same meditation practice, years ago, I awakened my own intuition and psychic abilities, that changed my life completely. It gave me a gift to connect with anyone in Spirit realm, including my guides and loved ones who have passed. This is my favorite meditation practice to create and to practice, as it is life enhancing and truly life changing. There is so much more beyond the physical world we live in, and I want to teach you to see it, feel it and to communicate with it. That was unbelievable I saw human figure female I think it might of been my mother I never have seen her here I could not see the face but it was a female but I could only see the back of her long hair. Then at the end, I got pulled up towards a top of a tree or mounting where something was sitting with a white light over their head. I saw the purple of course but then all the colours you spoke Green, blue red and yellow this was amazing I could just keep following the whirlwind that was pulling me into! Thank you Rasa and thank you everyone else on this beautiful journey inside of us. Beautiful 💜💚💛❤️💙🤍🙏🏻

This medication was extremely powerful for me. I kept seeing repeated images of myself as a little girl, feeling alone. I was not expecting to cry at all during this, but I was pouring out so many emotions through my tears. I felt as if physical and emotional healing were coming my way.

I saw my deceased loved on, standing at my bedroom door, coming closer. He knelt down next to my bed, touched my hand and said "now it's not the time" and i know what he meant by that. He became an orb of light and travelled all the way to my heart, softly tears started rolling down from my eyes, I can feel him in my heart. Thank you ❤

Thank you for your meditations. I was recently turned onto meditation during my stay at inpatient treatment where I learned mindfulness and meditation. I had tried meditation before, but it never stuck and I couldn't clear my mind. During my stay at inpatient, with daily practice, I became able to meditate. Now it is an almost everyday activity for me. Practicing mindfulness is an extremely important thing that I never thought had importance until inpatient and has allowed me to gain a better understanding of life. I listen to your meditations as well as a couple others. They are absolutely wonderful and I again thank you for them. Keep doing what you do. Much love!😁

This was the most intense meditation I think I’ve done in a long time I saw a woman walking towards me out of a golden light couldn’t really see her face but could see she was wearing white and gold and had dark hair it was incredible I’ve never felt so emotional like that during meditation

Two images came to me: one was a soaring Eagle and the other was a circle or shaft of light pouring through the surface of the ocean that I could see from below. Thank you for the experience!❤

I met The Great Mother, heard Grandfather Times warm laughter, and felt Mother Natures gratitude for my appreciation of all things living. I felt all the lives I’ve lived on this plane and heard the echo of those on different planes. I felt a connection so deep there are no words in my language or any other. I sometimes join the meditation skeptical of if i will be able to see and feel true change. Let’s just say that I meditate every single day now because I KNOW that it works. I couldn't listen to it all. Had to open my eyes at around 29min. But what i did listen too, i felt like i was floating and saw a image of a face but couldn't make it out. Felt very relaxed.

I wasn’t even specifically looking up my favorite Rasa this time. Just looking to tap further into third eye, intuition and clicked the one that looked the most promising for what I needed. Thank you for this most beautiful meditation. I felt my third eye well open to waves of purple then gold.. vision of a very starry sparkling dark blue sky.. Then seeing what looked like the Northern lights before me. Like a portal to the heavens and a face in the centre. Very emotional meditation..I feel honoured. Thank you for your guidance ❤..🙏

At first I felt a pressure on my forehead, which remained until the end. I saw like swirls of deep purplish pink which went dark and back to the purplish pink. A thought that the messages were Everything wil be ok, stay calm. Did not hear a voice just a though!Really enjoyed this meditation and will continue to do it. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this awesome meditation. I recently learned to do a "Defocus" strategy by looking at a blank wall and "allow" yourself to let everything go and tap into what is meant to be.This is very helpful to defocus and start a new practice.

24:24 my aunt who passed in 2020 told me to let my mom know she lovers her very much when i opened my eyes i coudnt move i was so relaxed and the room was a different shade i wonder if its because my 3rd eye may be open but i also feel super sensative to light right now
