Before I moved in, I thought packing would be much more difficult, but when I started living here, I realized that unpacking was much more difficult.

Hi, Nami! Just a quick tip: if you want to keep your candles from having the black rim, trim your wick before you light them (every time). The flame is smaller so it won’t smoke up the glass and it burns the candle more evenly. Thanks for your hard work! Love your videos!!

As someone who is passing by seeing this video and channel for the first time, comments like these can sometime sound creepy. It looks like most of the videos are done inside the home and never ouisde (ofc idk just from seeing the thumbnails) you do not need be in japan to live a simple life like this because every home has four walls. So by the sound of it, the viewers are more interested in the Japanese person and actions rather then the materials or content. Not surprising really

@@semekiizuio я думаю вы слишком близко к сердцу восприняли эти слова. На самом деле везде можно жить мило и размеренно как Нами, но ведь она правда живёт в Японии. И многим людям сильно заметно различие в кухне, традициях и культуре. Например я смотрю на все эти чудесные блюда и сожалею, потому что в моей стране нет таких интересных овощей, только половина похожа. А ещё мне очень нравятся детали интерьера, разные приспособления вроде полочек, контейнеров, липучих лент. Это интересно и не продается в соседнем магазине, но теперь я тоже хочу многое из этого и приобрету в интернет магазине в будущем😊

I’m going to use this video to motivate me to take care of these things. Edit: I also wanted to say that I appreciate that you are not wasteful. I try hard not to waste or create a lot of garbage. Seeing the waste others produce can be upsetting. I am not perfect, I have created a lot of waste, I’m just saying it’s important to be mindful.

Nami, I am dying and I will never be able to travel to Japan and experience the rich and fascinating culture there - but every week you take me to Japan. Every week, dependably, you invite me to experience the food, your every day living, your beautiful relationships with your family and friends and the traditional ways you honor them. You have brought such joy and comfort to me these past two years, and I am so grateful and fond of you. You are well loved now and have many subscribers and you deserve that. So even though you will probably never see this comment and I will leave this earth without ever even knowing your true name, I wanted to tell you before I go - how much you have meant to me. You have given me the ability to experience your country and taught me about our differences, but also taught me just how similar we are. Nami, you and I moved into new apartments about the same time, and my storage looks just like yours did at the beginning of the video. 😅 Thanks for the solidarity. I’m now inspired to tackle my own storage space this weekend. I’ll use what I have on hand to create order before I go buying any storage pieces.
