Undoubtedly one of the best blues/rock guitar players in the world right now. This Australian guitar virtuoso Orianthi gives us a fantastic performance on a Gibson acoustic guitar. It's the song " Rescue Me, from her recent album "O". In my honest opinion, this version should have been put on the album, not the heavy recorded initially one. Ori can handle an acoustic guitar phenomenally and what a sensually playing from her! She actually shreds on it. I've never seen so multitalented guitarist as her who can play anything on every guitar she gets in her hands and give it a woman touch. And she's a wonderful bluesy voice, don't forget it. So sublime!! Just listen to it and enjoy!! Orianthi explains - I began on acoustic. I studied classical guitar when I was nine and went to university and studied classical theory. And I write on acoustic and play a lot of both. But, of course, a lot of the success I’ve had has been with electric guitar.
