I had some shares of OCCL but the value has declined as the share price dropped and also, the no. of shares are still the same. Will I be getting additional shares or not after the demerger???

Keeping aside the demerger value unlocking if any or not we are not sure, NOCIL is a far better co.Not in same products but all in rubber chemicals used in Tyre manuf. industry worldwide.

7:20 When its not growth story or have such hurdles, why you wish to spend time in it? Its good to research a girl who can be life partner, so this is kind of looks attractive with demerger story- mislead and motivate others, but not of buying material! Just to prove knowledge that we can read company? Better choose kind of PCBL which is near to auto story.... I recall people got crazy about Rajratan also.. its all good but we always confused in terminologies of growth and demand vs sustainability.
