Biryani Qorma Recipe
Step 1
Tomato 500 gram
Cinnamon Stick. : 2 of 2 inch
Red chilli powder : 3 Table Spoon
White Cumin Seeds ( Zeera ) : 2 Table Spoon
Star Anise ( Badian) : 3
Ginger and garlic paste : 3 Table Spoon
Black pepper ( Kali Mirch ) : 1 Table Spoon
Green Chili : 8 to 10 Small size
Salt : 2 to 3 Tablespoons or as per your taste
Black cardamom : 2
Green Cardamom : 6 ( Optional) For Taste
Kalonji ( Black Seeds) : quarter tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder ( Haldi ) : 1 Table Spoon
Cloves ( Loang ) : 6 ( optional ) For Taste
Water : 4 Cup
Cooking oil : 1 Cup
Step 2.
Potato : 250 gram Optional
Water : 2 Glass
GreenChili: 3 to 4 Small size
Chicken: Chicken 2 Kg
Yougurt : 2 Cup mix it very well with Food Colour
Brown onion: 50 gram
Mint and coriander leaves half bunch
Dry plum : 3 to 4
Step: 3
Boiling Rice
Basmati Rice : 2 Kg soaked In water for 2 to 3 hour
Water : 4 liter
Salt 2 Table Spoon or as per your taste
Cooking Oil + Water plus + lemon juice
