Humble as it might seem to those yet 2 experience it, looking back at my many near death experiences, & readiness to accept each one if it was meant to be, brought me back to unimaginable achievements, one at present due to loss of my Magic Talisman I gave up on my myself for 14 years & was willing & ready when KOVID claimed me.

So are we talking about examining our belly button? Is the epiphany to aim to be introspective? Continually considering and ruminating on ourselves? How can I become even more self aware? I’m thinking and hoping that this is not what what’s being discussed here. It’s highly probable I’m missing the point. That I couldn’t be more off in my comprehension of this exchange. I’m looking forward to to the feedback that will put my understanding on the proper track.

I came across him once in a health food shop in London several years ago. His presence was serene and magnetic. I felt he was someone I knew but was desperately wracking my brain trying to figure out from when/where! The shop wasn't busy at all and no one else was looking at him. He smiled at me as we were both looking at the same food section. He made such an impression that I told my husband about this guy I'd seen that I must know but couldn't place. It was a couple of weeks later that I was watching TV and he appeared on the couch before an interviewer. That's him, I shouted! That's the guy!! I had had no idea I had been sharing smiles with Orlando Bloom. He had been such an unpretentious, genuine kind of guy and I'm glad I got to see him in such a normal environment.

WOW! Earthly desires lead to enlightenment... I have heard this before but this morning it REALLY resonated with me and something shifted inside of me. I have been working on my relationship with shopping and have been making changes (over 30 days now with no extraneous purchases - sounds small but it is major for me). I used to be a yoga teacher and did lots of reading and was connected to spirit but then a divorce and life changes and attachment to luxury goods to prove something to myself - then a slow and steady return to myself and who I am. I have a daily yoga practice - and am so disciplined in every single area of my life except my relationship with money and dopamine hits from buying stuff. But today's podcast just shifted me a little bit more towards my true heart. For that I THANK YOU BOTH! Earthly desires lead to enlightenment. :-)

To The Edge is simply phenomenal. Orlando's personality and spirit are on full display. It's impossible to put yourself in those places without being authentic. I am absolutely in awe of this man, his courage and his ability to remain focused and calm enough to execute find motor skills under the most extreme pressure of literally do or die. I've done enough climbing to be familiar with petrifying fear and how thoroughly it can interfere with the ability to function. Supreme discipline. One point, "extreme sports" is not a single category that includes endurance and adrenaline. One involves overcoming pain and discomfort. The other involves real danger and overcoming fear. Those are two very different things. Bravo Orlando. You are an inspiration.

The idea of having the discipline to simplify and to come back to the basics really resonated with me. Also Bloom kept saying: Just pour more love onto it! So succinct! Really, what else is more important than that? Loved the interview. Thank you, Rich. Best regards from Ukraine!

But also wondering since a long time now that, how come we haven't got an interview with Dr. Michael Greger this time? :( :( His book came out recently - How Not To Age - and more than the book (coz it sooo long) I was looking forward to hearing him on the RR Podcast! And everything you do, just respect what people believes, i mean i have friend who is Buddhist but she respect me as Christian, and He believe in Jesus not deny Him as God and what i believe… so i really love when we can be friend and respecting each another

Hi Mr. Roll (audience members to, if you want to chime in), can you give us your opinion if Chadwick Boseman started on a vegan diet ever since he was a little kid and never stop being on a vegan diet, would he still be alive today? He died of colon cancer. Please answer, despite the unpopularity or possible fans backlash. Sometime the truth hurt, but it still need to be said.

Almost exactly 7 days ago a 6,100 pound vehicle that I was working on slid off its ramps while I was working on the transmission. I happened to be lying on my side so it bounced down on my torso then pinned me under the vehicle for 30 minutes assuming that I would die. A passing tradesman saw me and lifted the vehicle with his jack enough for the EMS guys who just showed up to drag me out. My left lung was contused to the point that it was working. I fractured my right collar bone in two places. I fractured all of the ribs on one side and all but one on the other. My first cervical vertebra and two thoracic vertebrae were fractured. I was under that vehicle because I had to be. My livelihood depended on it. I must say, listening to wealthy, healthy white guys talk about deliberately placing themselves in "danger" for kicks sounds quite childish, self-indulgent and silly.

I respectfully disagree. Privileged people taking fake risks for a thrill is an insult to people who are required to take real risks to keep the flow of goods and service to society. I'm a farmer and an arborist, two of the most dangerous jobs in the country. What I do requires risk. Exposing oneself to risk frivolously trivializes my sacrfice. d@notesfromleisa-land7893
