Do not eat anything too greasy bc you will literally fart and oil comes out lol wear like a pad/panty liners to be safe

@@Fammalicious-Recipe I used it for 10 days and lost 2kgs . I wasn't working out or clean eating much . I also had fatty stools which were moderate, no diarrhoea like these weightloss teas

This only stops the fat absoption but not the carbohydrates which will still convert to fat.

The general idea is you’re cutting out calories. That’s basically how this works. Yes, carbs will still be stored as fat, but in general, you’re reducing the number of calories you consume.

Only if you’re in a caloric surplus. 1 gram of carbs is 4 calories. 1 gram of fat is 9 calories. This will help you be in an overall caloric deficit = weight-loss

The first one that they recalled worked quickly for one of my family members and their friends and the newest one worked super fast for another family member BUT they both lost all of their hair and have fo wear wigs. This is something that people dont really mention bc they dont think about thier hair loss coming from alli but it definitely does (not everyones experiences are the same but be careful.)

My Dr has prescribed this but I have yet to start it. I’m confused though. For years they have said that eating fat does not make you fat. It’s carbs turning into glucose or sugar.

The idea is you’re reducing the number of calories. If you continued to eat the same amount you do now, and took orlistat, you’d reduce the number of calories you consume. So, there’s really two ways of doing it: reduce the amount of food you eat or prevent the absorption of a part of your diet. It’s effective in the beginning especially for individuals who have a hard time reducing the amount of food they eat. However, long term effects can only be achieved by doing both: reducing the calories you take in and reducing those calories further with orlistat.

I've taken for 3 months now. The first 2 months i could see the results in my output. The oil is quite evident. But in 3rd month i no longer see those same results. My question is does one's system become immune or resistant after long term use?

Whats the point in taking it if your going to have a low fat diet anyway you need some fats in your diet for it to work I'm taking it now and the side effects are not bad just oily poo if you can't handle that you shouldn't take anything ever.

Either that or the food you are eating is healthy and not too fatty. Try eating a fatty meal, lots of cheese, pizza, and see what happens

Did you eat much fat? Because if you're actually eating healthy and not a lot of fatty foods you won't have much oil come out the other end People who get diarrhea from this are people who eat unhealthy

2 weeks on xenical and i would say not worth it for sure. Save your money and just follow healthy low fat diet.

It is not magic, taking orlistat only helps not absorb 20% to 30% of fat from the food you consume, it does not burn the fat you already have
