She looks older for a prequel, but who cares Isabelle did such a great job in the first one. And I don't remember the last time I watched Julia Stiles in a movie. Can't wait to see them both interacting.

Her character is a 30 year old woman anyway (except she has a weird pituaritry condition (can't pronounce the name) that makes her look like a child, hence the reason why she needs a body double (or CGI) for the bits where she is shown physically)

I wish they had used a little more CGI, tbh. She (Esther, not the actress) was already a grown woman the last time we saw her, so it makes no sense for her face to have changed at all. Still going to watch it, tho.

@@DavidEnergie48 My Dad LOVED that Movie. He also Loved Freddy, Chucky and Michael. Orphan reminds me so much of DELIA. My dad was Crazy about Poltergeist too. The Remakes Of Poltergeist and Pet Sematary were TERRIBLE.

I am 95% sure that this is a prequel. This was just after she escaped the mental hospital. That’s the place where the guy worked who revealed Ester’s secret in the first movie.

About the fact that she looks older, they might cover it up with this being the first time she has ever done this, like the first family, making her more prepared with dentures and everything for the second family, the thing is they might say she got better at looking younger with time.

I hope the movie will be at least as half as good as the 1st. I'm worried because in the 1st the element that got us to stick around to the end was to find out what is wrong with esther. Now that we know what's wrong and also know this family will die the element for this film is just to see how creative leena will be with the kills

Even though Orphan is a well known film. The fact they showed the entire movie in this trailer is ridiculous to me. Some of those suprised reveals would have been made better if left unknown. The guy checking the fingerprint, asking to himself who is she then? (Great stopping point). Nope, show her standing behind him menacingly. It's a good movie, especially for a prequel but I'm not in a rush to see it how I thought I would have been.
