I think there are 2 other reasons why M doesn't belong in pure evil. 1. He seems to have some respect towards Bf. He offered him a deal that if he beat M in three songs, he'd let them go, he only decided to go all out when Bf ran off instead of staying to finish the final song showcasing he would have kept his end of the deal. 2. Ultra M seems to have remorse for killing Bf&Gf at the end of All Stars (Act 4) during the credits, we can hear M singing in the background after successfully killing them instead of feeling satisfied he feels empty a bitter victory as he once again alone he even ponders on whether this is what he truly wanted.

So when someone put on the cursed headset know, of course, as the virtual boy, they are Mr Virtual’s next victim to kill. The amazing digital circus is very much like that except it doesn’t murder anyone. As we know, Pomni said she put on a headset and ended up there. Trapped forever as a victim. Costume is debatable. A kind of rundown on him from what I've heard is: His name was originally Mike. He was 30(?) Years old and was obsessed with the Mario franchise. In 1996, commercials showed the Nintendo 64 with of course, MARIO 64. It had not yet made it to stores though, but in Mike's city there was going to me an organized event where you could win a free system+mario 64. Mike of course signed up, but during his wait he was treated like some alien for being a grown man, saying stuff like "aren't you too old for this?" Finally the event begins, and after a while five finalists remained, including Mike and the hosts daughter. Turns out she was cheating the whole time with the hosts help so that she could win. Mike NOTICES this, and when the girl wins he absolutely loses it, openly trying to expose what they did only to be shunned even further with people laughing and the host "jokingly" accusing him of "eating too many mushrooms lately" while saying that he can just get another system when they hit the stores. Though, the host lures him out with the offer of another system, so Mike waits for him to arrive at the meeting time. Finally he shows up, but further rubs salt in the wound by saying how he was surprised that he really though he would give him a game. On top of other things. Mike gets mad again, and this unfortunately leads him to being nearly killed by guards who were on standby. For a while no one heard from Mike, until a costume contest was organized and he shoes up dressed as a demented mario (to say the least). Mike shows up to said event, and on live television threatens the host and his families lives. These are details that I cannot begin to describe here on KZfaq comments, but long story short he brutally goes through with these threats. Mike was never seen again after this, presumably having self deleted Really hope i didnt type all this out to be wrong 💀

Actually, the thing with MX is that according to his lore, he EXCLUSIVELY kills children. He is completely fine and civil if the person he’s with isn’t a child (except for GF, but he canonically was just kinda told to kill her and BF so)

These are the changes that I would make Starting with all of the characters who weren’t included Good: Grandad Chris Pratt Somari Day out Luigi Beta Mario Nintendo mania Mario (he’s listed as a seperate character from Stanley on the funkepedia page) Overdue Mario iHY Mario And l is real Luigi All of these characters are either heroes in their source material or they are generally nice to others Neutral: Classified Luigi John dick And The unbeatable crew These characters don’t have any redeeming qualities but don’t do anything outwardly evil either. Evil: Omega The tentacles Omega should’ve been placed with horror Mario The tentacles should have been placed at the lowest spot in the highest category due to torturing Luigi by forcing him to drown repeatedly, though it is unknown what the intentions of this creature are. As for characters I think should’ve been placed differently Turmoil: in a comic featuring him, he states that he only eats those who choose to wrong him. He is also best friends with GB. So I feel like he should’ve been placed slightly lower. Day out Mario: He has rescued the princess from bowser before, has a pet snake that he might care about, and might have some genuine love for his mother. So he should’ve been placed just a few spots lower. IHY luigi: it’s implied that he did once help Mario prior to the events of I Hate You. He also acts as the bot play for the mod (though this is questionably cannon). So he should have been placed lower. GB: As stated before, him and turmoil are friends. He is also friends with the game boy cameraman. So he should’ve been placed a bit lower. Horror Mario and MX: both of these two have friends, in fact, MX was the one who told horror Mario about GF’s resurrecting abilities and might be the one who told horror Mario about BF in the first place (due to hypno being shown when horror Mario states he’s heard stories about BF). Horror Mario seems to at least tolerate Mr. Sys due to them being former business partners. Horror Mario also seemed to regret his actions due to the end credits song. So these two should’ve been placed slightly lower. Mr. Virtual: similar to horror Mario and Mx, he is capable of forming bonds with others. Plus, the only reason he burned down the circus was due to the abuse he received from there. He also killed an abusive father (who kinda deserved it). So he should’ve been only a spot or lower Secret history Mario: he should’ve been number 1 because he doesn’t have any redeeming qualities (other than possibly caring for his brother and possibly having been brainwashed by the wizards from the secret history of Harry Potter video, though neither of these have been confirmed). He is a malicious psychopath who will do anything he can to get what he wants. He stomps on literal infants, abuses peach and performed unethical surgery on her to the point where she can’t smile anymore, and killed sonic, BF, GF and presumably many others purely because of them having any success.

Counter arguements: - DJ Hallyboo just did his job, and also, the worse the punishment is, the lower the chance of someone doing a bad thing, and he just doubled down on that. And also, BF did not pirate any game, well its not confirmed, but he didnt pirate on-camera. So DJ Hallyboo could have been with Turmoil, above or below. - MX is told to actually be a chill guy if he is not hunting down a certain guy, also couldve just mistaken Lucas as BF and he killed GF because he could've thought she was helping BF.

I disagree with you for Horror Mario because while he did somewhat have a reason for killing GF, he didn't have a reason for killing BF, even if BF was in the way he already killed who he was really after and it's not like Daddy Dearest would even care if BF died as long as GF didn't die too. He could've just let BF go with the sorrow of losing GF, but he just decided to kill him anyway.

If you look at secret history Mario’s wiki, it doesn’t only say his inspiration was the German dictator from ww2 (I can’t say his name bc KZfaq yada yada), The Ww2 dictator in Russia aswell, and the current leader in North Korea, and the reason Mario became a dictator was bc peach had an affair with bowser when Mario was saving her for years

I hate to say it, but I don't think Horror Mario's motivations are enough to make him anything less than Pure Evil. The main reason I say this is because of something he says during his little spiel: "Do you know what all of the creatures down there have in common? They're all in my game. They all... belong... to ME." He basically converted everything in that little world into his personal stomping grounds. It's pushed even further by the fact that he calls in, fuses with and deploys the voices of nearly everyone else in the mod for the final phase - even some of the more benign ones like Beta Luigi make an appearance there, and I highly doubt they were willing targets. He was also just downright cruel to BF, insisting on royally screwing with him on a psychological level and playing with his food first before killing it. That's a pretty messed-up level of sadistic. A sympathetic backstory can only justify so much in my book before I stop accounting for it. As for his ending song, well. I see it less as him flat-out regretting the kill, and more the realization setting in that there's nothing left and he's out of toys to break in the hell of his own design.

The most evil character is the sinner and criminal who made the stylus mechanic in "no party" they need to beg for forgiveness. As it is the worst mechanic I have ever seen in an fnf game that wasn't a joke. I would take the missingno hell mode warp notes, hypno pendulum, and the unknown type notes combined before ever playing that song again.

I mean Horror Mario should be in not exactly wrong but not good either, In the credits he sings about how he feels bad about what he did and realising that even though he took revenge, he still doesnt feel fulfilled wich shows he was just consumed by a hunger for vengeance.

I believe Costume was based off of a story from Mexico (I believe) where a guy in a Mario costume killed a father and daughter because they won a competition for an NES and he didn't (hence the background of The End), so he is definitely more evil. Also, Mr L is an omnipotent being who killed the entire Mushroom Kingdom and kills Mario at the end of the story so he is definitely pure evil at least. Finally, Horror Peach and Yoshi.exe are NOT allies of Horror Mario, since Yoshi.exe tries to kill Horror Mario and then he kills both Yoshi.exe and Horror Peach. (P.S. MX also kills GF in cold blood so yeah)

some extra context: while i dont know the full story or much of the details, i do know that in the original ARG series by Joey Perleoni, DJ Hallyboo does actually kill Joey by trapping him in a DS that he then destroys. also, the Costume seen in MMv2 is likely based on an obscure Spanish creepypasta called Super Mario Asesino in which a man goes onto a gameshow to win a Nintendo 64, but is insulted and tricked by the gameshow host and is tied to a tree and beaten and so he murders the host's family with a knife while wearing a Mario costume

Costume Mario is based off of a different creepypasta named "Mario Bros Aseneio" it's where a man named Mike Roberson gets mad after losing a competition for a Nintendo 64 because the host cheated by putting his daughter in the competition and giving her all the answers, later then he dresses up in a Mario costume to kill the entire host's family, his guards and everyone close to him using a large dagger, even going as far as to psychologically torment the host by killing off his wife and daughter and decapitating them while the host was awake and writing "It's a Me" with the blood of his loved ones on the walls of the host's house, then after that he finally ends the host himself. When the police found Mike's house before he could cause more trouble, Mike was nowhere to be found and the only thing they saw was a running Nintendo 64 playing Super Mario World. Therefore his placement is not really accurate.

To add on to your choice of having horror Mario at the wicked part of the tier list is because if you listen to the song "A mad world without you" witch is the song that plays after the end of the last song of the mod, All Stars, (when you get to the credits part). The lyrics pretty much means that horror Mario has some remorse after he killed BF. (I looked up online on what some of the lyrics in the song represent and overall, at least what I got from it is that killing BF was somewhat a bad choice for horror Mario. You guys can correct me if I'm wrong but that's my input to agree with your choice for horror Mario)
