too true. Pacino is massively talented, lotsa range, total package, 📦 that one. while he's kind of a bundle of nerves up there cranking out that speech, he is still very eloquent and has a real presence. I liked the expression he made as he declared the award as "a gift of encouragement." his heart is always in the right place.

It’s outrageous that he did not win for easy Godfather roles…. Even Godfather 3 which most people do not feel was at the level of 1 and 2, his acting was incredible! Bravo Al Pacino🙏

It felt more like a lifetime achievement award. This shouldn't have been his 1st Oscar in fact Denzel should've won that year for Malcolm X. Pacino in The Godfather 2, Scarface, Serpico all should've won Oscars

Hey Oscars! I think it's about time you give an Honorary award to the people who did the special effects for "TRON" back in 1982. At the time The Academy wouldn't even allow it to be nominated because they thought using a computer was cheating. Now everyone uses a computer.

A breed of actors that made us love movies and the message they tell for us to have a reference for. Mr AP has validated himself through his movies. An award ceremony cannot take that away from him. Appreciate his acknowledgement for those who supported him to perfect his craft while being lifted as he climbed that ladder, and bless him for bringing courage to encourage others.
