The shoujo manga that they will play in is the same manga than in Kaguya-sama ("shoujo manga brain" stuff) where Kaguya felt like she was in a shoujo manga with Miyuki and Ishigami. It is one of the proof that both manga/anime are in the same universe.

Aqua is looking for his father to kill him. I don't think he's too worried about justifying it by exposing him to the public. Also, Aqua pretends like he's too cool to be friends and that he doesn't actually care about anyone, but hearing how they are basically using Kana when she thinks she's being valued for her talent upsets him enough that he's like, "Alright then, let's put on a show."

you might best switch platforms. the subtitles seem off wherever you're watching. for example, the last dialogue is more like "since i'm already here, I might as well go out with a bang"

The "causing chaos" one is actually not a bad way to infer what's being said. ("Since I'm here, might as well mess this up like crazy and go back home") めちゃくちゃやって is actively doing something to the extreme. So it's not wrong per say.

@@kyroking9934 This is literally wrong and a total assumption of what you want it to be. She says it in the manga as well. And the way she says it in the anime is unmistakably this. She is inferring he might be homosexual because of him agreeing after she said the male actor was feminine.

The star in all characters that have stars in their eyes is not biologically present there. Their just conceptual, a form of metaphor if we can put it like that, of the characters uniqueness and it also serves a way of showing their feelings and intentions.

It can't be one of the models--they are all Aqua's age and would have been little kids when Ai was killed. It has to be someone older; Ai would be in her 30s now if she were still alive, and I think there's a good chance that whoever she hooked up with was older than her at the time. So probably someone in their 30s or 40s now?

These subtitles are spectacularly bad. They're not outright *wrong*, but they go really far in terms of localization to the point where a lot of meaning is lost.
