We present to you a video on the Oshkosh, Wisconsin Canadian National Bascule bridge. This bridge was built in 2013 by the CN which replaced a swing bridge that was built by the Chicago and Northwestern back in 1899. The bridge runs over the Fox River which runs into Lake Winnebago. This bridge is located on the Canadian National Neenah Sub in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this video you will see trains and boats around the bridge area going under if small enough or waiting for the bridge to reopen. The last couple trains only a couple boats were spotted due to being out of boating season.
First train in the video was a CN Northbound with CN 3003 leading and CN 3016 trailing. Second train in this video was a Southbound with CN 2284 leading and CN 8971 trailing. Third train in this video was a CN Northbound with the CN 2150 leading, Norfolk Southern 7023, NS 8384, Burlington Northern Santa Fe 8390 and BNSF 4706 all trailing. The fourth train we ended up including segments of all three spots along the line in this video which was a CN Southbound with CN 3207 leading, CN 2827 trailing and CN 3897 a rear end DPU. The fifth train was a CN Northbound with CN 3112 leading, CN 2810, CN 2847 both trailing and CN 2978 a mid train DPU.
