7 жыл бұрынOver time Osho had his disciples well prepared for his departure. "It has been always a great moment in the lives of disciples when the master leaves the body. And it is possible because the master can know when he is going to leave the body - he can collect all those who have been his fellow travelers moving in the same way. Now that he is leaving he would like to give you his last gift."
This video shows the events and celebrations around his departure. Amrito, Osho’s long term personal physician, shares in a beautiful statement how Osho leaves the body and shares a message for his people: “I am preparing my people to live joyously, ecstatically. So when I am not in my body, it won't make any difference to them. They will still live the same way - and maybe my death will bring them more intensity.” "My presence here will be many times greater without the burden of my tortured body. Remind my people that they will feel much more, they will know immediately."
At 23:22 Amrito is disrupted by a rooster crowing - an hourly reminder at the Osho International Meditation Resort, installed on Osho's request as an hourly reminder to stay aware.
After decades of speaking, Osho had created in the last year of his life the "Meeting of the White Robed Brotherhood" - the evening meditation event. He taught his people that this meditation will continue without his daily evening talks, without his speaking - by introducing the recorded videos of his talks as center part of this evening meditation. Now as a second step he showed that the meditation will continue without his physical presence.
Osho himself had created the marble inscription: "OSHO Never Born, Never Died - Only Visited this Planet Earth between Dec 11 1931 - Jan 19 1990" already months before his departure.

This was 1990 so I was only 2 yr old when Osho left his body . I’m 31 now and still feel like I’ve known him for long ... his words have had a huge impact on me ... I can no longer see life the way I did before I knew him ... wish he visits earth again 😊

i was only 6 years old when OSHO died and found him through the internet now almost ten years ago. To me he was the most beautiful human being I have seen, and my life is immeasurably better just from absorbing his teaching through the internet. You who spent time with him are literally the luckiest people to ever have lived from a seeker's point of view. No words can describe the beauty of this man. Peace and Love to you all. Wonderful video. I'm forever grateful for being allowed to see this.

Brother I can relate with you. I have never seen him but I met and lived with people who lived with him. I feel like there is a purpose that existence bought us into the world after he passed away.. our work is different.. we can still connect with his energy and bring it into the world in our ways.. in some ways there is more freedom... and also more responsibility.. like he says, he is living deep in our hearts and our very heartbeat. We are on the same path brother.. sending you love..

It was a great shock to me when I learned that Osho had died. I was alone in my room surfing the internet when I found the news about Osho's death. I felt myself some core of my being died. Osho became the integral part of my soul since the day when I first read his book in my 20s. Osho is the only spiritual teacher to me.

Osho means a lot to me, and what he has made me realize has no price. I think that finding him is the most valuable thing that ever happened to me. And so, I love this video, and what it represents, but for the person who wrote the heading text, I don't think Osho would have liked being named in capital letters, like 'He' or 'His'. He is not a God. He is exactly as any other human being, only that he could make out the fundamental truth. And he said that every time, don't construct any religion around his name, bacause that's going to spoil his teachings.

The most amazing celebration of a man who lived life to the fullest. Celebrating death with such power of uplift and so much confidence he gave to people. But he is not realy dead. He is alive again there where only they know, who fly above us...

What a composure, how graceful, how courageous the speaker is. To speak on the day of death of a person of this magnitude. To speak on the day of Oshos death after being with him for so long requires huge huge heart and fathomless depth of consciousness i was feeling very low after watching the video as if my world had collapsed. Then after some time I remembered his words Never speak of me in the past tense and suddenly every thing slowly fell back in place.

At Pune there, Osho had organized for a cockerel to crow at random times over 24/7 so that the need to be aware as much as possible at all times. So it just happens at around 23.15 displaying Osho's sense of humour at a crucial moment, reminding his followers that he is still around and that they should not take death too seriously ?

The first time I saw osho was in a dream, peoples were praying and begging in front of his picture, a big picture of him. I thought he was Russian. And years later after seeing papaji and sadhguru's videos, KZfaq sends me as an recommendation the first video of osho. He touched me deeply from that moment to now
