Your spots aren't bad but calling the capital of the country that pays for its social programs with oil sales, the "green capital" is a bit rich.

kinda true but you got to take into account that most of the money is made from the "oil fund" and not direct investment into the city. Also Norwegian oil is still the greenest oil in the world. Especially compared to arabia and russia
