Your website is not free but it seems your KZfaq channel is free and I can't thank you enough for being here and helping students like me who can't afford even low membership prices! I'm living in Iran and even don't have internet connection most of the times due to current protests. I can get connected to KZfaq just twice a week and just a couple of minutes ago, I was thinking how to do my university assignment as the internet speed is overwhelmingly slow to the extent that I can't open any websites!!! I tried to connect to KZfaq and I accidently could connect and watched a couple of your free videos! Now I'm able to write my assignment and that's thanks to you. Please don't forget people like me and continue to make FREE contents. ✨❤🙏

This was great at explaining why it would be a bad idea to workout immediately following a meal. The parasympathetic nervous system is constricting air flow in order to allow the body to digest, meaning it would be harder to breathe if someone tried to increase physical activity after eating. Thank you, great video!

@@bridgeteddie148 a couple hours after eating is best. It shouldn't really effect your breathing, but the exercise will stimulate sympathetic activity so digestion can be poor if exercising soon after eating.
