Nice review Dan! I have an Osprey bag I've used for luggage for the past decade; I absolutely love it. I was considering the 18L version of this bag for hiking, and you may have convinced me to go for it!

I have a very similar Osprey and it's a very neat little backpack that's been serving me for years. Only some of the waterproofing has started to rub off.

A great watch and listen Dan. I am weighing up a replacement for my Osprey Talon 22 Litre for short jaunts and work that has served me very well since 2018. The main compartment zip has started to get a bit temperamental and the bag a bit tatty so I am looking at another Talon 22 or the Osprey Hikelite 26 litre that you have showcased wonderfully well here. I'm trying to decide on these SAME two packs! Can I ask, which one you prefer? The talon 22 and hikelite 26 are very similar and similar in price. I was hoping that someone who tried both could give me some feedback.

Hi, this hikelite 26 o stratos 24 ? Stratos have the best quality but hikelite is quite good and half weight... 🤔

Weight strap removal was a good addition. Not a fan. I prefer these over the Sportlite's strap pockets.
