Hi there, you have made a great job of building yourself a new pack there👍. I have the same pack and regularly overload it so that got me worried now. Mines the 45lt which I’ve had since they came out and no problems yet. But they are expensive aren’t they. Hope you foot gets better. Takes a lot of adjusting when you can’t do the things you have enjoyed. ❤🙏👍

That is a great modification and I'm well impressed. I am a total novice when it comes to sewing but I am looking at buying a vintage sewing machine to do basic modifications, making various pouches and bags etc. Please could you tell me the model number of your lovely sewing machine and also where do you buy your materials etc? TY

Thanks for the comments Mark. The sewing machine is a singer 99k. It only does basic stitching, but that's all I need. It really is an antique and I'm sure there must be modern equivalents. I get all my fabrics from ProFobrics ... they do everything I need. However I have never sourced quality (like osprey) stretch material in the uk.
