Where is part 2? I live my firm 6” foam roller, was looking forward king to see if there were any new exercises for it and especially for the hips. I use mine primarily for the back rolling up and down the back and shoulders every day. Haven’t seen a chiropractor in man years!

Thanks for explaining the rollers clearly. Unfortunately, I had purchased one of the more firm 4 inch rollers based on a previous Bob and Brad video. It really isn't the right one for me, but I will have to make do.

What if you have scoliosis and the ribs are twisted?

Do any of your exercises address the issues of scoliosis? My daughter has a 48-degree bend in her spine, which doctors say it not sufficient for surgery. She is often in pain with just regular activities. Thank you for a reply. Appreciate your information and specific help for osteoporosis as my wife has oseopenia, as well as milder scoliosis,

I’m guessing that this video didn’t include the exercises so people could purchase a roller if they needed one before an exercise video? At first I was a bit upset by the abruptness but then realized it was probably important to listen to what she said about rollers, so I listened again. My pool float will probably not be a good idea for me.

Ive garnered that there are many rollers and that surprisingly many things can affect our spine health like tightness in our lower body ie knees legs thighs etc
