This storyline is so heartbreaking, but executed and acted really well. Hilarie and Chad are two incredible actors. They are both so believable throughout this storyline as well as through all their years and seasons as Peyton and Lucas. I am crying with them here.... LEYTON Forever! I love this couple so much. *True * Love * Always*

I'm so upset they both didn't come back together in season 9...it would have been nice to just see them together one more time!

This episode is one of my favorites. Both of them are such great actors, it always makes me tear up seeing how heartbreaking this is for them. Knowing that Hilarie actually had problems trying to conceive and carry (obviously way after filming this episode) makes this even more powerful for me. OTH wasn't the same without these two.

Even though it's a really sad scene and Peyton is in a lot of pain, it's one of my favourite Leyton moments for some reason. Just the way he catches her... Idk. I love it.

They couldn't just let them be happy. They had to toss something so tragic in there to shake them up. I mean there's adversity then there is the worse kind of adversity. Peyton has suffered them all in her OTH seasons. These were the BEST SCENES for both of them. They were MAGNIFICENT

I love all Peyton and Lucas scenes, Hilarie and Chad have an amazing chemistry together. This scene was so touching and beautiful, it makes me sad that leyton is over season 6 :(

2018 and I'm here reminiscing on #Leyton and how beautiful they were. Watching all their scenes. Ugh they went through their ups and downs but at the end they had their happy ending.

The way Luke says, "you could die..." is so sad. Such a heartbreaking episode. :(

I personally felt like these two were the structure of the show. Lucas had always been the main character and it's understandable that Hilarie and Chad would want to do something different because it was 6 years of their lives, but what was the point of having all the characters like Brooke saying she'd spoil the baby all the time or Peyton saying she'd always be there for Brooke, and then leave that season. I mean Hilarie and Chad didn't even appear on the show for the Brulian wedding which was very disappointing, considering how close Brooke and Peyton were. I do love that they made season 6 a true Leyton season, it showed how caring Lucas really was when it came to Peyton, and not to hate but one scene with these two is better than all of the scenes with Lindsey just with all the chemistry Chad and Hilarie have and the way Lucas looks at Peyton.

I'm gonna miss all the Leyton drama...this was one of their best episodes ever, in my opinion.

I love Hilarie Burton’s laughter so much it gets me into a good mood when I hear her laughing in any movie or tv show she is in she will always be Peyton Sawyer Scott to me You Found Me by The Fray that song is so really truly about Peyton and Lucas relationship and how they are always saving each other and they are always there for each other no matter what happens or did happened to them they are always there, She would have been so lost if she hadn't met him or have him in her life No matter how many times they were apart they always find a way back to each other no matter what, The way they always looked at each other I loved that about them one of my favourite things about them Peyton will never find anyone like Lucas neither could he

Watching the show in 2017 for the first time ever, and this is my Top Peyton and Lucas scenes ever. Amazing job by both actors. The doctor recommends aborting the baby, and Peyton is not having none of that.

I think that Peyton and Lucas decided to be surprise about the sex of the baby so when he decorated the room I think he was hoping that they will have a boy but regardless it was a beautiful room and I loved it for a boy or girl

Placenta previa isn't actually as big a deal as they're making it out to be. My mom had it when she was pregnant with my younger brother. They just delivered him by C-section. Yes, it's scary, but they shouldn't immediately jump to the conclusion that she's going to die.

I dont really like watching it after the end of season 6 once lucas and peyton have gone.. them to are what makes the show.. the love that Lucas has for peyton is inspiring.. I hated season 5 because he was making out she was so In love with lindsay but he wasnt. he has always loved peyton.. even when him and brooke were together. I dont think they should have been.. I just wish that them to were like nathan and haley, together from the start and end the show together..
