The floor indicator at the top floor seems to be broken, as it showed "3" while the cab was actually at the fifth floor.

A HUGE HYDRO PISTON for the Counterweight!! Interesting!! The Down Chime sounds like a LONG Schindler Low Pitched 2/3!!!!

It's not a hydraulic piston, it is a cylindrical counterweight.

Der Aufzug wurde vor wenigen Jahren leider modernisiert und ist nicht am Wochenende zugänglich, da das Treppenhaus nur während der Öffnungszeiten der Arztpraxis geöffnet hat.

Very interesting Otis, interesting counterweight and cab it’s even an MRL in 1992 what is this OTIS Gen1?

It cant be a MRL since MRLs have been invented in 1995. Also, there has never been an Otis Gen1. Otis main model from about 1980 up until 1993 was called "Otis Europa 2000". This lift either is a generic installed by Otis or its a custom made lift only for this building. Hope I could help
