Came to find the negotiation. Tbh, OOT wasnt sweet, but he was as genuinely friendly as he could be for his character. Kirk is just a good presence. He is the BEST CLOWN for negotiations. The clowns dont fight for ego over who is "on top" when there is no on top. Another gang might have really taken offense to that but Kirk didnt give 2 shits. Even Chatterbox might have seen that as a moment to troll (we will never know lol)

But luckily Kirk was a very good diplomat and is a very likable guy so he defused the situation.
