What would a DLC for Slovakia be called anyway? "Minor Mayhem"? Maybe they throw in Luxembourg and Vatican City? Or what about "Divorced and Ready"? If Slovakia would be playable, you'd have to add to Czechoslovakia as a whole, like Britain's decolonization path, or the Yugoslavian Independence Path.
