Our adoption story is very unique . How to adopt and adoption and fostering can be very intimidating . fertility journeys and adoption journeys can be filled with ups and downs. our story will be such a testimony to the fact that everyones story has a purpose and all the puzzle pieces wIll come together for you and your family in their own time!
Adopting TWO littles with my biological 11 year old was not easy for us or my daughter but it has filled our hearts more than we ever could have expected !

I am going through the foster to adopt process right now. We have 3 kids of our own but we are trying to get 2 twin 13 yr old boys who go to school with our kids now. Can't wait to be their mom 😍

@Charlie Baltimore just finished all paper work it's in God's hands now. My only prayer is the boys end up happy and are taken care of the rest of their life weather it's with our family or someone else. I read 60% of foster kids experience homelessness and clearly no love once in their life after the age of 18 when they age I don't want that for any child in this world. If I can change and help one not fall to a statistic would be the best difference I could make on this world

We just kept using “adopted” as part of our vocabulary with her. Then we told her she was chosen while we just had her older brothers. She loved that and would interrupt conversations with, “Did you tell them I’m adopted?”

I have biological kids who are in their 20’s & I have a 6 year old son who is adopted. I have always talked to him about the fact that he is adopted & the way we explain adoption to him is that he grew in someone else’s tummy but God said I got to be his mommy & he got to be my son. For the moment, that is how he understands it & he is very content with that explanation. I know as he grows, the conversations will get more in depth but, like you mentioned in the video, I never wanted him to not know that he’s adopted. I didn’t ever want it to be something that was sprung on him later on. I always want him to know how loved he is, how wanted he is & how incredibly special he is! 😊

I was adopted as a newborn I have always known I was adopted I don’t even remember a time I didn’t know but it was such a blessing I don’t know what I would do without my parents

I adored your adoption story and you! How lucky are you. I have 2 adopted daughters from China. They are now 21 and 23 (I can’t believe it). After years and years and many many miscarriages and a still born I was given these amazing, beautiful and smart babies. It was all worth it! Enjoy your beauties and don’t rush them to grow up lol (you reminded me of me when my spunky little girls were your spunky little ones age and I was like “omg they are driving me crazy”. I miss that age soooo much! ❤

My baby new she had a tummy momma and Shay knows she was born from my heart ❤ Shay is now 15 going on 16 and she will be meeting up with her tummy momma in July and we are all excited. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Thank you for sharing your story here! Adoption is special and unique for everyone involved. I was adopted myself and share my own journey but it still continues. I am still trying to find more of my extended birth family but like I am sure you all agree, a journey never stops. Thank you for sharing!

@@noel_Jones I have quite a few girl friends who are only children! Because girls are naturally more social that creates several problems. Both my oldest friend and I are more introverted, we struggled in social areas. Now the only child “guys” I know don’t struggle with it. I think the era we grew up in, parents were parents only, not interacting, part time friends. I do think now days if you are willing to, as parents, give up part of your social life for your child’s!

I love adoption adoption means someone to me because there are kids that need home thank you for making this video to not only here your story but to tell other people your story and maybe sometime then they will adopt the Bible says to take care of the offense in the widows so thank you for sharing your story once again I'm disabled I'm not able to have kids I would love to adopt a teenager so they could help take care of me damn but honestly now growing up I don't want to lay that burning on a teenager but I am becoming a motivational speaker to help those that seems shaking as far as adoption as far as having babies that are not their own or other things but again I think adoptions wonderful so cute what you're doing keep fighting for what is right and keep making those videos so other people may adopt too I. Would love to adopt as I said and my sentence. Thank you for sharing your awareness and what you believe in. Thank you for asking a sweet baby bunny is a home. No matter where the baby comes from that's your baby always believing that and never take any criticism regarding that. Not exactly the same but we have two IVF babies and we have talked to them since birth about their special journey to our family. We always put it in kid terms. For example for our 3 year old we tell her we had to go to a special doctor before she was in mommy tummy. And that she spent some time when she was itty itty bitty in the freezer.
