That water tame is the Glacus Draconis, and it's passive until attacked. No spoilers, but I strongly advise getting Basilosaurus or a megalodon pack before trying to tame one.

About the stuff disappearing, the death marker marks where you died and not where your stuff lands. Pay attention to where your body falls when you die to get the stuff back.

Hey evo you may wanna not mess with the Moros Livyatan because Syntac was just looking at its baby but the adult one attacked him and they also do a mushroom spore attack and it also can stun you off of mounts so don’t ever mess with them because they attack rafts

Trikes yeeted you, items are on your body, not your exact death spot. I froze to death once and watched my body slide down a mountain in death screen. Couldnt find it. Ark is weird

You can build pretty hard parkour tower challenge for both Axe, and Syntac. For the reward you can put Sweet Vegetable Cake on the top of the tower. Ps. This idea comes from "Cake or Death" skit.
