This senator has nothing to offer as regards d constitution. Most northerners do not want the constitution to be amended because the military constitution favors them. Was it not the founding fathers that came up with the constitution? The military from the northern extraction came to power and twert the implementation of the constitution and then replaced it with a unitary constitution? Of what authority has the military to change our constitution? Northerners always rigmarole about the constitution claiming it is not the country's problem. The truth is that the 1999 constitution is a failure and has brought the nation to its kneels. The nation most go into true federalism where federating units control their resources. This brings in development competition amongst the federating units, and competition brings growth n development. If they continue going to Abuja to share national cake every month, the country will remain stagnant n dead.
