Exactly one year ago today we celebrated Neo's Cochlear Implant activation day! His activation day also happens to be on World Hearing Day! Our 2 year old boy who was born severe to profoundly deaf is now making major progress with his speech and hearing. He has gotten so much support from both the Deaf community and the hearing world! Neo's hearing loss journey has inspired us to continue to advocate for hearing families who are just finding out about their baby's hearing loss. We hope that Neo's story will continue to inspire and help other families who might find themselves in a similar journey.
