For Easter, my kids always get a basket and I do a theme. This year I want to do them a kids basket like they got when they were little and it was a beach theme. So I try and get one nice thing to put into the basket with smaller things plus a little bit of candy. But because everybody’s trying to get healthy I didn’t buy as much candy as I normally do. I know I know what you’re thinking. That’s not a lot of candy but for a family of 10+3 it goes super fast.
Here are some themes that I’ve done in the past for my kids for Easter:
Beach theme because we normally go somewhere for spring break so I get them swim trunks and swimsuits with flippys
Take care of your car baskets with things for cleaning inside and out of their cars.
Sports theme where I got each of them, their favorite sports items like balls, and clothing.
We’ve also done a vacation theme where I got the kids things to do while we are in the van heading to our spring break location. 
Easter egg tradition for our family is we get all of the eggs together by color, and then each person has their own color. Because we have so many people finding eggs I have to take two colors and make them one for somebody. This year I had 10 kids to hide eggs. I hid 165 eggs +5 prize eggs.
