3eggs and spinach mixed in with some wheat toast with jelly on it. My favorite post workout meal. I also really struggle with eating enough food in a 24hr window but I’ll never miss post workout.

Pre: chicken and rice. Post: chicken, rice, banana. Digests very easily. All the nutrients you need.

Pre workout. Oats and blueberries. Post I have 150gr white rice made into a pudding with 60gr protein and 100gr blueberries and strawberries.

Pre-workout, oatmeal mixed with protein and greek yogurt, topped with blueberries. Post-workout, chicken crust pizza is my favorite, but just what I decide to have for dinner that night is the normal for me. :)

Well I always like to workout after breakfast and have a protein drink after my workout. So I usually have a bowl of cereal with some nuts and cuo of coffee. Then head to the gym about an hour later.

@@likefatherlikeson1899 Check out the vertical diet by stan efferding (youtube-vidoes). He's diet is simple and good He talks about getting most of your calories from red meat and white rice, then he adds in stuff for micro nutrition like: eggs (fat, choline, vitamin a, k), orange juice (fructose), potato (pottasium), carrot (fiber), yoghurt (calium, probiotic), almonds (omega 6 fats), cranberryjuice (iodine). So he would probably eat it before and after.

Cream of rice w whey, almond butter. Bagel w jelly. Rice Krispie on way to gym. Intra drink. Post workout high protein meat and rice.

question: if not eating any preworkout meal since working out at 6:30 am and then a post workout meal at like 11am. Most eating comes between 11am-10pm, is that good enough?

usually post workout is 3 eggs and avo w 2 piece of toast of sourdough bread. the. don’t get anything more til 5-6pm for dinner then another shake or meal at like 8

Based on their video about post meal eating, that would be okay bro. Just make you eat your targeted calories and macros

Hi John, as long as you eat your set amount of calories you are fine. Now, normally your body needs energies before working out, which means if you w.o. early - I hear you - save a good portion of calories for the night before so your body will use those the morning after. Is just optimal for your body. If you go well at empty stomach then is fine too.

Pre workout: Waffle-peanut butter-jam-waffle. WPBJ. Try it 30 minutes before workout. Don’t knock it until you try it.

What is the best way to eat if you workout early in the morning? Let's say 30-45 minutes after waking up? Bowl of fruit?

@@mikebellsfitnessshorts2783 you gotta find a better source of carb man like whole grain, longevity over gains. The spike will be far less drastic, and blood vessels will thank you; take it from a prior heart disease patient who had no family history and ate processed carbs for most of his childhood. Try doing whole-grain Triscuit cracker with guacamole, so your getting a denser amount of fiber. Pro-biotics and feeding your gut flora are an essential part of health.

@@gavenerickson1174 I actually love Triscuits with cheese and sliced tomatoes. I also eat oatmeal and cream of wheat. I just love bagels and cream cheese. Its alot of carbs and makes me feel good in the gym. Rest days I dial back the carbs a bit.

@@mikebellsfitnessshorts2783 that's awesome bro. Do as little animal product as you can manage, while also maintaining adequate protein and healthy fat intake. Tomatoes are super heart healthy, my favorite thing as a vegan aside from cashews and Kale which are also super potent.🙏 Blessed be brother.

It’s on the individual basis. I can’t workout without food. Otherwise I get dizzy, have no energy and have cold sweat if I workout on an empty stomach

@Saud forget bout it I’m regards to nutrition. I feel quinoa wins hands down. Which when it comes to your meal plan I feel it makes the most sense. I just don’t understand why I only hear people talk about rice when it worse in pretty much every way.

@@Ink2057 I agree. My post meal is chicklen cutlet, 30g quinoa, 30g chickpeas, 1 cut tomato, 15gs red peppers, olive oil, 2 cut white mushrooms. And i've grownquite a lot on this regimen as well.
