Welcome to country #17 on this year of travel, Cyprus! We flew from Amman, Jordan to Paphos, Cyprus. We picked up our bright pink rental car from Aercar and SURPRISE! They drive on the left side of the road in Cyprus. We forgot to look this up beforehand, but Matt is a great driver and adapted well. We stayed in the center of Paphos in an Airbnb. It was prefect for walking around to grab lunch, a Freddo espresso, and explore the catacombs free of charge. We also had to visit the iconic Rock of Aphrodite. In fact, the entire island is known as Aphrodite's island. We are really enjoying Cyrpus.
We also did a full tour to visit the Blue Lagoon and Aprhodite's baths. That will be in the next vlog. :)

So funny. I had the exact issue with the wipers and the indicators driving for the first time in South Africa. They vary (reversed) depending if the car is Japanese or European (as I recall). We are heading to Jordan and Cyprus in September and I appreciate your videos for context.

Great video! You should also consider visiting Limassol. The coastline of Limassol is packed with modern buildings and skyscrapers, making it a great place for a vlog. It will be nice if you start from the Marina and drive all the way to the hotel “Parklane”. It is a straight line next to the sea with an astonishing view. You must also take a stroll on the Molos Promenade and Limassol Marina. It will be really nice.
