Instead of the book room having a vault door, you could put the floor to ceiling windows along the front. Makes them a 'seeable display' but no-one can enter the room and take the books. Also if you save a copy of the room to your library then if anything goes wrong you have a back up copy of the room! You could cheat Camillo's writing skill to 10, assign Vivien's book and then cheat his skill back down to whatever it was and he can then gift the book to Vivien and she can make a copy.

I think Sunny should work towards getting the reward trait that makes him immune to cold - since he has to wade through icy water to get to his house.

Bernice's husband (Ian Robles) is level 9 writing to start off with. It might not be too hard to get him that last level of writing skill to assign Vivienne's book of life. Then its still kinda made by a family member, being her half-brother's mom's husband.

Suggestion for her little outdoor reading space: You could swap the towel you placed for the quilted blanket from the Little Campers Kit. Maybe add a picnic basket too. That way she'd always have cool drinks/snacks with her while reading outdoors and could invite other tiny towners along for a relaxing afternoon. Loved this episode so much! I think the house turned out really great!

Silas's house style reminds me of mexican style houses (with the big courtyard and the wall colors), many of which could end up looking pretty boho, like Frida Kahlo's house (which is all blue). And considering many of the Jungle Adventure furniture looks pretty south american-ish but also pretty boho, I think it would be an interesting take on the house

When you clicked on The Book of Krystoff when it was on the pedestal, it showed an option to Create Copy for 68 Simoleons. Idk why the option wasn't there in your inventory. But this way you can have all the Books of Life in the vault room and still publish each one. Also maybe Semaj should get a Book of Life also, since he is the patriarch of Tiny Town.

at 1:12:30 I Love the graffiti art on the door, and while I love the idea that it was "always there" and she kept it in as a feature for her home; I personally like to think that it was Kristof who painted it for her as a gift or something, seeing as he's the painter in the family. With Tiny Town being a close knit community of siblings, I like to imagine that they each contributed to things in their own way. The artwork and photos around the place being Kristof and Silas, all the gardens both in the community area and around all the homes being done by Scarlett, or all the books being either written or bought or found in flea markets by Vivian, etc, etc.

Vivienne could mentor someone and get them to level 10 to teach him them to write her book. Agree with other, have Krystoff paint a portrait of the tiny towers to put behind their books of life and remove the door and put them behind glass walls to be seen but not touched until required. 😂

This is only for Sims who has completed the Best-Selling Author Aspiration. So, maybe you can cheat one of the townies writing skill to level 10 and cheat the Poetic Trait for them to do Vivienne's Book of Life.

You could put the vault behind a fake vault door too so that you can unlock it only for specific sims so that no one takes from it when they shouldn’t, and you don’t have to hack it each time.

Make a copy of all the books you’ve written before publishing. And also u can copy the book of the dead several times Just take the book out of your sim inventory and put the book on the ground and copy it

One thing I have noticed when you use the Re-trait Potion on a Sim who has maxed out their 6 personality traits with the self-discovery ones is, you actually lose ALL the ones that you have discovered in-game after you have change any of your traits. Not sure if this is a bug in the game or they just didn't take this into consideration when they introduced the self-discovery gameplay. So now, Vivienne is back to having only 3 personality traits instead of 6 and she will never be able to gain back any of the ones that she has self discovered unless you cheat them back for her. Because if I remember correctly, she actually also has the Family Oriented trait discovered during one of her episodes, now it's gone after you re-traited her. And of course her Ambitious trait is gone as well. (Which was what you wanted to get rid of anyways...) so, just thought I will let you know.

James!! STOP USING THE BASEMENT TOOL! If you just go to the basement level and use the square room tool, you can stretch it into whatever shape or size you want and even go beyond the building’s foundation without messing up the terrain or deleting anything from the rooms above.

Tiny town is actually such a fun way to populate and build a sims save if you’re not using For Rent! I’ve seen a lot of simmers do the challenge in Newcrest where they assign each lot to a sim 😊 That way you end up “building” the town for specific sims, and then you make the community lot everyone builds together in the middle catered to them. I think it works best in newcrest, but it can totally apply in any world you want to build/rebuild! Right now I’m doing the challenge in Sulani with 7 occult sims in the same lot (shipwrecked style!), but I’m thinking of doing it this other way next time I do the challenge.

Regarding the book of life idea: i like the idea with putting them all on a pedestal but to add extra you could have a portrait of each sim behind the books and pedestals to show who the book belongs to.
