So today ‪@betsythomps‬ and I get the ferry from Fort Kochi to Kochi city centre in Kerala, India. We explore the city of Kochi and check out Broadway Market where we find all sorts of food, clothing and fresh juice. We then ended the night back in Fort Kochi and tried the NICEST chicken Kerala curry, it was insane. We're so happy to be here in India 🇮🇳

unlike other states in india, Kerala have so many crazy football fans. also Kerala is one of the best state in india where most of the people are highly educated and it has highest literacy rate. and there is the harmony among all religions.

Kerala Blasters is the largest football club in India. The equivalent of Liverpool or Manchester City in the UK. The club jersey is modeled around the yellow jersey of Borussia Dortmund in Germany.

It's nice habit of yours trying different juices fresh fruits like papaya and orange try sweet lime and banana smoothie and strawberry smoothie as well Avoid tea and have fresh fruits juices and lassi

@dunneytravels Man you should always bargain at the shops. If they say 200 for a shirt, ask for 100 & walk away. They will call you back & agree to 100, ie 1 pound. You will even get Arsenal shirts at similar prices.

Hey Sally, We did indeed, as we are from the U.K. we were required by the Indian Gov to apply a visa even though we were flying from Sri Lanka. We got a 1yr Indian visa which was around $50 but it was very easy :)

Make sure to stick to Kerala/Malabar cuisine in Kerala. Avoid North Indian food. Kerala has long culinary history since much of Indian spices originated in Kerala. Kerala is India's spice garden.

Sorry to ask , but why dont you expect it to be modern and clean , in a sense you are still feeding the stereotype that India is unhygenic , it is for some part but in kerela it is a different situation , i know that many westerns think that way , but i personally don't give a shit what those guys think😵😵

We travelled India for over 7 weeks, south to north. We got ill very many times and a lot of the places we visited were very dirty, so unfortunately this isn’t just a stereotype, it’s actually the reality of India. But Kerala (in some places) was a very nice place and we did enjoy our Kerala visit 😃 There are many nice places in India, it has a lot of diversity to offer. But the harsh truth is that on the whole it’s unhygienic and very polluted.
