This was refreshing! You must do more of these day-in-the-life videos. I love the simplicity of your meal choices... noodles in a can, sauce in a jar, frozen meatballs... steak and spiffed up frozen spinach... keto doesn't have to be complicated, or lots snacky foods. ❤ Great video!

Always enjoyable and I must try that creamed spinach. Over the last 3 years I have lost 110lbs thanks to keto but you can’t take your eyes off the ball, I did for a couple of months and gained 15 lb back. Now I’m back on the proverbial wagon and have lost 5 lb……….AGAIN!

Clematis like their feet covered and tops to the sun! Keep mulch around the base of the plant and the tops in the sun! It worked on mine when I discovered that online! Good luck with them!
