We finally get our GR Corolla back from PWR North America and Verus Engineering who've been putting in work to get our car to be a serious contender on the track. From cooling to aero being handled by those guys we then looked to RS*R USA to help us out with suspension to get this GRC planted! Wait till you see what else we were up to on this beast!
Bonus: We were asked by Weds Wheels NA to attend All Toyota Fest in Long Beach CA. What an amazing event. Check out some of the highlights from the show inside.

@justdriven - car looks great! Subtle, but also aggressive. Did you have to do any fender lip modifications to fit the wheels with springs? Any rubbing?

@Just Driven Have you had any luck finding the headlight seals that pin directly into the hood with clips; they sit on top of the headlight where the gap is and just before the rear housing "sweeps" upward? If you can share the part number if you do source it; I've been after Toyota for some time on this; they have it for other models in their lineup.

Apologies. We didn't order those parts for the new hood. We had a limited time to get the hood on before everything else that had to go into the build in time for this past weekend. If we order the parts we will either put it into the video or just message you.

They do not have anything at this time. Verus may have stopped development on that project or maybe it's taking longer. You can always reach out to them if you want to know more.

Did Verus Engineering do any wind tunnel tests for the aero : diffuser, dive planes and front splitter? I would assume that the hatchback must have a rake to maximize the aero pieces...

No wind tunnel testing was done for these aero pieces. Most aero out in the market will have never seen a wind tunnel.

We have GR Movement event this weekend. And we are planning on putting the GRC up on the rack to get some footage from underneath.

You are correct. That's the wheel and tire sizing we are running with no factory wheel spacer.

Biggest compliment I can give is I watched the video twice. Awesome car, considering one as my dad/kid hauler in the near future. Quick question. I know this is a more function over form build which is awesome, but on the look of the wheels. On some of the shots, the rear appears to tuck noticieably more that the front. Is this a square set up with the same offset on all 4? Is this due to camber on the rear or do you think rear wheels would need a different offset that the front due to fender width? Just curious, great car so far, looking forward to more content.

Wow! Twice? Thank you so much. The Weds wheels are a square setup. We usually like running them square on AWD cars. Maybe the shots you saw where they look more sunk in the back, the wheels were stock? Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions. Yah, maybe the angles? We tried to get something suitable for the streets out here and the track of course. We've brought it to some Cars and Coffee events in the past, but not in this trim. So maybe it's time for another visit. We do not work on customer cars at this time.

But in 2023 when EVs are taking over Toyota gives us a turbocharged and manual transmission offering for us to enjoy. We are very happy with this thing.

Who care!🤪 The GR looks amazing and is still a great driver’s car…the EVO/TypeR are HUGE in comparison. In addition, a shop just squeezed 740Hp from the 3pot!!!🤯
