Great video - thanks for documenting the process. We have also been looking for a while and viewed about 40 properties in total. We are in the process of buying our dream home and the process feels so long, even though its only been about six weeks so far

Do you recall about how much you paid in taxes/fees/etc? I am a foreign buyer hoping to move to Ireland permanently and trying to figure out rough cost estimates. Hopefully all is well since getting the place!

I’m not sure if there’s any differences for Ireland but for us, as first time buyers, we didn’t need to pay stamp duty land tax which meant we only had to cover solicitors fees and we also decided to have a mortgage advisor. Hope that’s helpful! X
